Create a study schedule
Being organized will benefit your exam preparation, allowing you to effectively revise all the content within the time given.
Create weekly goals. If you separate subjects into different weeks, this will allow you to complete all necessary revision for a subject and move on, rather than trying to cram and multitask various subjects.
Allocate more time to weaker subjects. This will give you more time to work on unfamiliar subjects and/or content. Allowing your weak subjects to become your strong ones.

Time yourself when practicing past papers. This will help you get a realistic picture of your time management during the test, as well as what you need to improve.
Review mistakes. Make sure to review what you missed to know what content is still unfamiliar to you.
Predict possible essay questions. From the past papers, you should be somewhat able to understand the types of questions given in the test.
Memorising information
For most subjects you need to know definitions. If you are struggling to memorise them, you can use some of the following memorisation strategies.
Use spaced repetition: Take short breaks between study sessions. This will test your ability to memorise it until you are unable to forget it.
Personal strategies. You may be able to come up with creative strategies to help remember certain terms. For example, quizlet, gizmo are all tools that can help you recall terms more creatively and effectively.
Manage stress and care for your mental health
Sometimes exams are really stressful, especially for your first ever mock exam, it is important to acknowledge your mental health status and take care of it.
Take 5-minute study breaks every 25 minutes. This will not only help you retain information, but also allow you to relax from studying constantly, preventing you from burning out.
Take a day off. If you feel burnt out and can’t seem to concentrate on revising content, it is a sign that you need some time off from studying. Go out, eat something, do something, and relax.
